Visitor Information

Performances

When attending any performance, please turn off all cell phones and pagers upon entering the theater. The use of recording devices and still cameras is strictly prohibited. Latecomers will be held in the theater lobby until a break in the performance. Parents please remove restless children from the theater. Your attentiveness to these concerns is appreciated.

Accommodations for persons with disabilities: Wheelchairs are available for transition from entrance to seat location. Wheelchair seating is available at time of ticket order. Rest rooms with accessible features are clearly marked on both theater levels. Handicapped parking is available in the parking area behind the facility (park side). Assisted listening devices are available through the Box Office, and should be requested at time of seat purchase.

Parking

Parking is available in the the parking lot behind the BP service center, in the lot at 900 Midland Avenue, in the lot between Midland Auto Sales and the D.L. Williams Funeral Home and in the lot at 1200 Midland Avenue. On-street parking is also available; patrons should be cognizant of areas with yellow curbs which indicate no-parking zones.  There are a number of handi-capped parking spaces available in the lot directly behind the performing arts center.

Coat Room

Located just off the center of the Atrium near the Café. Open during winter months.

Elevator

Located just off the center of the Atrium between the theater entrances.

Fire Exits

Located at all levels and clearly marked. Do not use except in case of emergency.

Lost & Found

Call the Center at 724.643.9004 x 1324.

Refreshments

When the Café is open, refreshments are available for purchase. No food or beverage is permitted in the theater.

Rest Rooms

Located on both theater levels.

Smoking

No smoking is allowed in the building. Ash receptacles are placed outside the building.

Stage

Limited to performers, staff, and authorized visitors.
